  • How do I check the status of my order?

    E-mail confirmations are provided when an order is confirmed and tracking detail when shipped. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, please reach out via Live Chat.

  • Can I combine sales, discounts, or third-party pricing?

    Purchases through our website are limited to one discount per purchase. Multiple discounts are not available, and we do not price match third parties.

  • Does f-stop offer any student or military discounts?

    We offer discounts for active students and eligible public service employees through VerifyPass. Visit our discount page to register and receive a code applied during checkout.   • Do you offer free shipping for website purchases?

    Free standard shipping is available for orders valued above $100 USD/EUR within the US and EU. Orders shipped outside of these areas will incur shipping costs varying on distance and selected services.

  • Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?

    f-stop does not prepay import duties or taxes; we only collect sales tax if applicable. Please refer to your country’s customs guidelines for detail on import duties or taxes which may be due prior to delivery.

  • How long is delivery time and shipping cost?

    Delivery time and shipping costs vary between destination and methods selected during checkout. We ship confirmed orders the following business day (worldwide from United States, and across Europe from The Netherlands) with an average of 2-5 business days for standard domestic shipments and 6-12 days for international shipments.

  • Do you ship to Canada?

    We ship to Canada from our US warehouse using USPS, UPS, and DHL Express.

  • Is expedited shipping available for website purchases?

    Depending on destination a variety of express services are available from our US warehouse. For urgent requests please reach out via Live Chat, providing your needed delivery date, destination, and desired product. European orders shipped from Netherlands do not have expedited shipping options available and are shipped using GLS parcel.

  • Is f-stop product available in retail stores?
